University School of Law, Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali is recognized by UGC (University Grants commission) and BCI (Bar Council of India) and is imparting legal education with its liberal outlook since 2005 in an inter disciplinary manner. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of the Indian legal system and its institutions and procedures. Presently, the University School of Law is successfully running B.A.LL.B-5 years, B.Com LL.B-5 years, LL.B-3 years ,LL.M 1-year and Ph.D courses. RBUSL is committed to provide the foremost legal education with a vision to enable the students to venture into myriad fields of legal profession and the overall development as to make them socially relevant, technically competent and professionally proficient and to enable to meet the challenges in the academic and professional world.

Dean’s Message

The University School of Law, Rayat Bahra University, Mohali came into existence in 2005 for BA.LLB 5 years and LLB 3 years course. Presently, the University School of Law is successfully running BA.LLB 5 years, B.COM LLB 5years, LLB 3 years and LLM 1 year courses. It has established itself as a preferred destination for law courses in the North India. As Dean, I am thrilled to embark on this journey with you all. Our commitment here is not just to impart legal education but to nurture future leaders of the legal profession. At our esteemed institution, we prioritize academic excellence, integrity and a spirit of inquiry.
Our faculty comprises seasoned educators and practitioners dedicated to providing you with a robust learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights.     • The student has cleared all the courses prescribed for the program.
    • The student has obtained at the end of every semester SGPA of at least 4.5 for Diploma & under graduate courses and SGPA 5.0 for post graduate courses. (For M.Pharm, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Pharm (Practice) Courses, SGPA will be 5.0).
    • The student has obtained a minimum CGPA of 5.00 for Diploma & under graduate courses and CGPA 5.5 for post graduate courses.
    • The student has not taken more time than specified for completion of the course.
    • Student has satisfied all the rules of evaluation.
    • No case of indiscipline or unfair means is pending against the student.
    • No dues are pending against the student.
