Masters of Science (M.Sc.) Medical Microbiology | Medical microbiology, commonly referred to as clinical microbiology, is a branch of microbiology that focuses on the investigation of microorganisms (parasites, fungi, bacteria, viruses, and prions) that can infect and cause diseases in people. Medical microbiology has evolved mostly in reaction to clinical requirements, just as other medical disciplines. The study of these microorganisms’ pathogenesis and epidemiology is at its core, and its practical applications take the shape of diagnostic and therapeutic advice, which plays an essential supporting role in clinical practice. With a master’s in Medical Microbiology, the student concentrates on the investigation of microorganisms and their role in the emergence of disease. Hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical firms employ post graduates with an M.Sc in Medical Microbiology. They also do research to enhance the diagnosis, prophylaxis, and management of fungal, viral and bacterial illnesses. |
Masters of Science (M.Sc.) Clinical Biochemistry | Clinical biochemistry deals with the methodology and interpretation of several in vitro chemical and biochemical tests carried out on bodily fluids and tissues to support illness diagnosis, therapy, and monitoring. M.Sc. Clinical Biochemistry is a programme aimed to offer skills for employment as a laboratory quality management and technical supervisor as well as in-depth knowledge of biochemistry. The training is structured as a full-time residency programme with duties in monitoring hospital samples and patients. The postgraduate student is required to participate in clinical postings, journal club presentations, brief subject discussions, case discussions, and lectures. Additionally, lab work, experimental work, and dissertation are all part of academic training in addition to research work. |
Master of Science (M.Sc.) Hematology and Blood Banking | This M.Sc. programme is designed to give prospective students in-depth knowledge of blood, blood groups and diseases related to blood and transferable skills for analyzing patient samples, diagnosing, and reporting in a laboratory setting. The training is structured as a full-time residency programme with duties in monitoring hospital samples and patient’s blood transfusion. This course is intended to give students the opportunity to gain a current, in-depth grasp of blood disorders and blood science. Students can gain a deeper grasp of blood, its components, and how they can vary in various clinical settings and disorders with this course. Students assess fresh advances in blood science research using critical analysis abilities. |
Master of Science Total Quality Management | M.Sc Total Quality Management or Master of Science in Total Quality Management two-year program. M. Sc Total Quality Management (Healthcare) is a management concept in which managers constantly communicates with all organizational stakeholders to emphasize the importance of continuous quality improvement and total elimination of waste. M. Sc Total Quality Management course is designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of management and administration, public policy, quality policy and planning, auditing, certification, and inspection in health care diagnostic and pharma sector. |
