- A result oriented professional, Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Sharma has 27 years of experience in Administration, Academics, Corporate Relations & Student Welfare.
- He is a Ph.D (Human Resource Management) from Veer Bhadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur (Varnasi) and has a vast experience in the field of recruitment, selection and development of the human resources.
- His thrust area of research is Human Resource Management & Performance Appraisal System.
- He has supervised many Ph.D & PG scholars for their research and dissertation projects.
- He has 30+ Research publications to his credit and has successfully participated in various International/ National Conferences/ National Workshops/ National Seminars/ Faculty Development Programmes/ Live Webinars & Zoom speak sessions.
